I am an experienced English Teacher and History Teacher, with a proven track record of improving student academic results. My teaching philosophy is based on three crucial pillars: excellent subject knowledge, the collective pursuit of knowledge for the common good and robust interpersonal relationships. I am skilled in communication, classroom management, and working under pressure. I have years’ experience in teaching English to 14- to 16-year-oldstudents. I also have 2 years’ experience teaching social science to 15-year-old students. In terms of tutoring and extra lessons I have 5 years’ experience teaching students language sand social sciences between the age of 13 and 19. Students I tutored showed a marked improvement in their academic engagement and performance over time. Every lesson matters.
