      • Expect a call to discuss your requirements in detail
      • Receive a digital profile of suitable candidates (including CV, references and introduction video)
      • Select who you would like to interview from the shortlisted candidates provided
      • Let us know your availability and we will set up the interview for you
      • Interview (virtual or face to face)
      • If you would like to appoint the candidate, let us know the offer details (e.g. salary/start date etc.)
      • We will facilitate the acceptance process and ensure all necessary paperwork is complete
      • Keep in touch with your new teacher via email/Skype/phone until they start their new position
      • We will keep in touch weekly with your new teacher throughout the entire process
